研究机床调整参数误差对变性法加工的准双曲面齿轮小轮齿面误差的影响规律。基于齿轮啮合原理建立准双曲面齿轮小轮的理论齿面方程和误差齿面方程,推导机床调整参数误差作用下的齿面任一点法向误差的解析表达式,提出机床调整参数误差对齿面法向误差的影响系数概念,依此判断各项机床调整参数误差对齿面误差的影响程度。通过理论齿面和误差齿面的比较,确定各项机床调整参数误差作用下齿面节点处法向误差的变化规律,以及全齿面法向误差的变化规律。由解析法和非线性迭代法求解共同确定了准双曲面齿轮加工过程中对齿面误差影响较大的调整参数误差项。研究内容和方法可为准双曲面齿轮齿面误差补偿修正提供理论依据和实践指导。
The relationship between machine setting parameter errors and surface errors of hypoid gears manufactured by hypoid generated modified roll(HGM) are researched. Based on the gear meshing theory,the equations of theoretical and error gear surfaces are established,the analytical expression of tooth surface processing errors caused by machine setting parameter errors is derived,and the concept of error influence coefficient is proposed,thereby the influence degree of machine setting parameter errors on surface errors can be judged. By comparison between theoretical and error gear surfaces,the change laws of tooth surface pitch point normal errors and whole tooth surface normal errors under the action of machine setting parameter errors are determined. The major impact of the machine setting parameter errors are determined by the analytical and numerical method. The content and methods of this research provide theoretical basis for and practical guidance to the compensation and correction of tooth surface errors of hypoid gears.
