叶片参数是决定液力减速器制动性能的重要参数,也是进行液力减速器内流道结构参数优化的关键和难点。为了得到精确的仿真模型,对变叶片参数下的液力减速器内流道进行参数化数值建模方法研究。针对不同叶片角度时叶片外轮廓曲线难以确定的问题,建立液力减速器循环圆和叶片的数学模型,分别利用基于曲面方程求解的直接求解法和基于空间几何关系求解的离散点几何映射法确定叶片外轮廓曲线。并对周期流道进行实例建模和分析,结果表明离散点几何映射法效果更好。
The blade cascade parameters affects the breaking performance of the hydraulic retarder,and it is also the key factor of the structural parameter optimization.To obtain the accurate simulation model,the numerical parametric modeling method of the variable parameters of hydraulic retarder blade cascade had been studied.The hydraulic retarder circulatory circle and blade mathematical model had been built,and then the equation-solving way and the geometric-mapping way were used to calculate the blade shroud profile curves of different blade angles.It has been proved that the geometric-mapping way was better than the other one by analyzing the results of modeling the blade cascade.
