建立了液力缓速器制动转矩计算模型并对其进行了试验修正,运用修正后的模型就制动性能对叶栅参数的敏感性进行了分析,并以制动转矩为目标,对某型液力缓速器工作轮叶片进出口角度进行优化。结果表明,修正模型的计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,优化后的液力缓速器制动性能显著提高。
A braking torque calculation model for hydraulic retarder is built and corrected by test. Based on the corrected model the sensitivity of braking torque to cascade parameters is analyzed and the inlet and outlet angles of impeller blade of a hydraulic retarder are optimized with braking torque as objective. The results show that the outcomes of simulation and test well agree with each other and the braking performance of optimized hydraulic retarder is significantly improved.
