电网企业作为电力市场的主要成员,面临着进行购售电决策的难题,其中需要确定市场主体参与电力市场竞争、进行报价决策时报价曲线的决策空间,即报价空间。作者首先阐述了电网公司购售电决策时可行报价曲线的各种约束条件以及可作为参考的边界曲线,分析了购售电报价空间的确定方法;然后分析了电网公司报价曲线变化对成交结果的影响,提出了报价水平调整空间的概念;阐述了报价空间及其分析方法在购售电决策过程中的应用方式,并以实际数值做出说明。文章对于市场主体竞价决策过程提高决策效率,合理地决策报价曲线,具有重要参考价值。
As principal participants of electricity market, power grid enterprises have to make the decision on electricity purchasing and sales, in which the decision space of bidding curve, namely the bidding space, is needed to be determined while they participate in the market competition and make bidding decision. In this paper, firstly the constraint conditions of feasible bidding curve as well as the boundary curves that could be used as references during the decision on electricity purchasing and sales by power grid enterprises are expounded, the determination method of bidding space for electricity purchasing and sales is analyzed; then the impacts of the variation of bidding curve of power grid enterprises on transaction results and the concept of adjustment space of bidding price level is proposed; finally, the application mode of bidding space and its analysis method in decision-making process of electricity purchasing and sales are expounded and demonstrated by actual case. As for market subjects, the authors' work possesses significant reference value in the improvement of decision efficiency of bidding processes and the rational decision of bidding curves.
