以种子为外植体对连香树的快速繁殖进行了研究,同时测定生根过程中内源激素含量的变化。结果表明：连香树种子的最佳消毒方法为0.1%升汞消毒6 min;最佳增殖培养基为MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.5 mg/L＋GA31.0 mg/L＋蔗糖30 g/L＋琼脂7.0g/L＋pH 6.0;最佳生根培养基为1/2MS＋IBA 2.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.5 mg/L＋6-BA 0.5 mg/L＋蔗糖30 g/L＋琼脂7.0 g/L＋pH 6.0;高浓度IAA,低浓度GA3、CTK、ABA有利于连香树组培苗不定根的形成。
英文摘要：
In this paper,the rapid propagation of Cercidiphyllum japonicum and the change of endogenous hormones in rooting culture were researched.The result showed that MS＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.5 mg/L＋GA3 1.0 mg/L＋cane sugar 30 g/L＋agar 7.0 g/L＋pH 6.0 was optimum for multiplication;1/2MS＋IBA 2.0 mg/L＋NAA 0.5mg/L＋6-BA 0.5 mg/L＋cane sugar 30 g/L＋agar 7.0 g/L＋ pH 6.0 was optimum medium for root culture;the high level of IAA and low level of GA3,CTK,ABA can be in favor of rooting.
