以漳州水仙‘金盏银台’(Narcissus tazetta L.var.chinensis Roem)为试材,经5个不同光强(0、100、300、600、1 000μmol/(m2·s)处理后,采用活体动态顶空法收集花香,然后利用热脱附-气相色谱/质谱联用技术,对水仙花香成分以及相对含量进行测定。结果表明,漳州‘金盏银台’水仙释放出8大类共58种化合物,在所测的58种挥发化合物中(Z)-3,7-二甲基-1,3,6-辛三烯(罗勒烯)含量最多,其次是乙酸乙酯,3,7-二甲基-1,6-辛二烯-3-醇(芳樟醇),3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇乙酸酯,这些是‘金盏银台’水仙花香的主要成分,并且化合物种类数随着光强的增强呈现出先增多后减少的变化规律。花香成分的相对含量随光强的增加也表现明显的变化,且多数化合物的相对含量在光强为300/μmol/(m2·s)时最高。
In this study, Chinese Daffodil(Narcissus tazetta L. var. chinensis Roem) was used as ex periment material. Using the dynamic headspace method, the floral aromatic components was collected after treatment with different light intensities(0, 100, 300, 600, 1 000 μmol/(m2 · s). Then ther mal desorption - gas chromatography / mass spectrometry technique was utilized to identify the com ponents and their relative contents. The results showed that totally 58 components belonging to 8 cat egories were detected in the floral aroma. Among the 58 compounds, (Z) -3,7 - dimethyl-1 ,3,6-octatriene(ocimene) showed the highest relative content, followed by ethylacetate, 3,7 - dimethyl-1, 6 - oct-diene-3 - ol(linalool), and 3 - methyl - 2 - butene-1 - ol acetate, and these compounds were the main components of N. tazetta L. var. chinensis Roem. A significant difference in components and relative contents was found at different light intensities. 50, 52, 48, 46 and 38 components were identified at 0, 100, 300, 600 and 1 000 μmol/(m2 · s) light intensities respectively. 30 components were detected at all 5 light intensity levels. The relative contents of components showed different patterns with the increase of light intensity, but most of the components exhibited the higher relative contents at 300 μmol/(m2 · s).
