提出了用于连接知识管理与业务流程的知识触发系统的概念、结构和应用方式,并以此为基础定义相应的知识管理系统框架及其实施的四阶段模型。通过该框架,实现了知识管理和备件供应流程的集成,使备件供应流程得到企业知识的支持,实现了知识在流程中的共享、积累和提升。最后,给出了某特钢集团备件管理系统与知识管理集成的例子,实现了将备件供应管理系统升级为基于知识的备件供应管理系统。
Concept, structure and application method of Knowledge Trigger System (KTS) were presented, lhen a framework of knowledge management system was defined based on KTS, and a four-level implementation model was also proposed. By applying this framework, the integration of knowledge management with spare parts supply process was realized, therefore the process could get help from enterprise knowledge and knowledge could he shared, accumulated and created in the process. Finally, an example of integration of knowledge management with spare parts supply process in a special steel enterprise group was presented, which upgraded the management system of spare parts supply process to the knowledge-based management system of spare parts supply process.
