钢铁生产过程中存在物料组分、重量、物料工序耗损差异等因素,合理、准确地制定面向工序的物料需求计划是个技术难题。以工艺路线及排产量为依据,建立从原材料、半成品到产成品过程中各作业工序与物料消耗关系的消耗链关系模型;以消耗链关系模型为基础,应用投入产出法,给出面向消耗链中各工序的原料需求供应计划量,从而形成面向生产全过程的钢铁生产物料需求计划。该模型为钢铁生产降低在制品库存量并保证生产的连续性提供了技术方法。
In the iron and steel manufacturing,it was a difficult technical problem to make a reasonable and accurate material requirement planning,on account of material component,weight and material waste discrepancy in different processes.According to process route and scheduling quantity,the consumption chain relationship model was proposed,which established the material consumption relationships in every working procedure from raw material、semi-manufactured products to finished products.Based on consumption chain relationship model and by using input-output principles,raw material requirement supply planning quantity in every working procedure oriented to consumption chain was presented.Consequently,the ironsteel production material requirement planning oriented to entire production process was formed.This model reduced storage rate of semi-manufactured products and ensured production continuity in steel manufacturing.
