在分析钢铁行业对物料工艺状态描述要求的基础上,提出了基于批次的钢铁行业物料工艺状态描述方法。该方法将批次和工序相关联,通过工序批次状态矢量、合批批次追溯矢量和合批炉次追溯矢量表达工序维动态信息,并制定了相关的转换规则,结合属性维和时间维建立了物料工艺状态的三维描述模型。经企业应用表明,该方法能够实现钢铁行业实际生产中对物料工艺状态信息的完整描述,解决了在制品的物料管理等问题。
To satisfy requirements on Work in Process (WIP) material management in iron and steel industry, a batch-based description method of material process state for iron& steel industry was put forward after analyzing the description demands of material process state. Associating batches with processes, data of process dimension was presented by process batch state vector, combinatorial batch backward vector and combinatorial furnace backward vector. Transition rules were formulated. A novel 3D description model of material process state was constructed by combining attribute and time dimensions. Application example revealed that this method could cater to complete description of material process state and WIP material management for iron & steel industry.
