作为一种新的政府治理工具，政府绩效治理是社会发展到一定阶段的产物，必然会受到诸多社会因素的影响，这些因素杂然并存，相互交织，构成一个复杂的生态系统。因此，政府绩效治理研究不仅要关注“内部问题”和技术性问题，而且要关注“生态问题”。本文从行政生态学的视角，建立了政府绩效治理的生态分析框架，进而选择性研究了政治、经济和社会文化生态中的六个关键变量对政府绩效治理的影响。在此基础上，对我国政府绩效治理的社会生态进行了反恩。

As a new kind of governance tools, Government performance governance must be affected by many social factors. These factors Influence each other to constitute a complex ecological system. From the angle of administrative ecology, the paper clarified the ecological analysis framework of government performance governance, and selectively researched the influence of six key variables in political, economic and social and cultural ecology on government per- formance governance. And based on this, we explored the social ecology of government performance governance in Chi- na.
