为研究污秽成分对外绝缘的影响,根据国内外研究现状,选取6种典型可溶盐成分,以3片XP-160标准瓷绝缘子串为研究对象,试验研究其在不同污秽成分下的交流闪络特性。研究结果表明:不同污秽成分下绝缘子表面的污层电导率存在差异,从而影响绝缘子串的闪络特性;部分特殊成分的受热分解特性以及难溶性对绝缘子的闪络电压有明显影响;污秽成分对绝缘子闪络电压的影响不仅仅体现在其对污层电导率或者等值盐密的影响,其对电弧放电过程中热电离的影响也是重要因素之一;运用等值盐密计算闪络电压的经验公式具有一定的缺陷,本文通过试验得出的修正系数可提供一定参考。
To study the effect of pollution composition on external insulation, according to the existing researches, we selected 6 kinds of typical soluble contaminations to contaminate a 3-unit standard XP-160 porcelain insulator string, and studied the string's AC flashover characteristics with different contaminations. The results show that conductivity of the surface pollution layer varies with different contamination and consequently affect the flashover characteristics of the in- sulator string. The thermal decomposition and little solubility of some specific compositions significantly influence the insulator's flashover voltage of insulator. The influence of pollution composition not only reflects on the layer conductiv- ity or ESDD, it could also contribute to the thermal ionization during arc discharge. Using the empirical formula of ESDD to calculate the flashover voltage has certain defects, and the correction coefficient we obtained can provide certain refer- ences for correcting the results based on the formula.
