农业现代化是中国特色社会主义现代化建设的基础，农业政策的制定影响科学技术的进步，而科技推广的成效直接推动农业现代化进程。我国农业现代化经历了机械化、科学化、产业化和信息化四个阶段，文章通过梳理我国农业政策变迁的历程，分析了农业政策、科技驱动与农业现代化之间的关联，并在此基础上提出了十三五时期构建科技驱动体系、推动农业现代化进程的对策建议。
英文摘要：
Agricultural modernization is the foundation of the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. The stipulation of agricultural policies affects the progress of science and technology while the effect of the promotion of science and technology directly facilitates the efforts for agricultural modernization. The agricul- tural modernization of our country has experienced four stages： mechanization, scientization, industrialization and informatization. Based on the evolution of China＇ s agricultural policies, this paper analyzes the correlation between the agricultural policies, the technological drive and the agricultural modernization and puts forward suggestions on constructing technological drive system and promoting the process of agricultural modernization during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
