本文采用层次分析法(AHP)对财经类高等院校本科人才培养的评价进行了研究,提出人才质量评价的基本原则,设计了评价的指标体系,得到了一级指标和二级指标重要性的排序。其中一级指标按照重要性排序依次为:理论知识水平,专业知识应用能力,基本技术技能,综合协调能力。指出为了提高财经类高校人才培养质量,必须在培养计划、培养措施、质量评价上根据重要性排序有所侧重,只有这样才能向社会提供高质量的人才。
This paper adopts the analysis hierarchy process to study the evaluation of culti- vation quality of economic universities. It points out the basic principles and designs the index system for such an evaluation. The orders of importance are presented respectively for the first level indexes and the second level indexes. The most important index in the first level is theo- retical knowledge. And then the order is application ability of professional knowledge, basic technical ability, and comprehensively coordinative and communicative ability. In order to en- hance the cultivation quality, it is necessary to treat these indexes with different emphases, when a university makes cultivating plan and evaluation. It is only by such a way the universities can provide the society with high level talents.
