针对制造项目计划编制的特点,提出了一种搭接网络计划制定的启发式方法。该方法中,引入项目资源约束条件,通过启发式方法在时间参数计算过程中动态处理网络搭接关系,解决了传统方法在搭接关系与时距处理上的不足。最后,给出了算法在某型飞机机翼A墙制造中的应用实例,验证了方法的有效性。
To improve the planning ability for manufacturing project, a spliced network planning method based on heuristic arithmetic was proposed according the characteristics of manufacturing engineering. Through importing resource restriction, the spliced relationship was dynamically disposed in the course of time parameters calculation. The problem of traditional method which can not simuhaneously deal with spliced relationship and time duration was solved. An instance of manufacturing A wall of wing on a certain aircraft was introduced.
