针对并行产品研制过程中产品信息预发布机制下的活动重叠执行问题,引入产品成熟度概念,根据活动重叠程度,提出了基于成熟度计算活动重叠导致的返工量的算法模型。在此基础上,分别对耦合活动和非耦合活动计算活动重叠引起的返工量,建立了成熟度驱动的活动重叠执行模型,并对模型进行分析转换,最终得到了产品研制过程时序优化模型。通过实例验证了模型的有效性和优化性,表明产品成熟度可以有效地描述和控制活动的重叠执行。
Aiming at the activity overlapping by releasing preliminary information in concurrent product development process, product maturity was presented. According to the activity overlapping degrees, the algorithm based on maturity for calculating the rework caused by activity overlapping was presented. Based on those, the rework caused by activity overlapping was calculated toward coupled and uncoupled actwities,and the activity overlapping model driven by product maturity was constructed. Then the time optimal model of product development process was obtained by analyzing and transforming the overlapping model. Finally, the validity and the optimization of the model with an instance were proved, and it shows that product maturity has a great advantage in describing and controlling the activity overlapping.
