针对地震冲击造成塔式起重机遭受严重损害,酿成重大安全事故的问题,采用振型分解反应谱法和谱分析技术进行塔机地震作用动态响应研究。建立了塔机地震作用下的动力学方程和谱分析有限元模型,在编制了地震反应谱之后,基于ANSYS平台实现了8级烈度强震下的塔机地震谱分析。研究结果表明,塔臂受地震作用在水平、竖直方向产生的振动和弯曲是其断裂受损的根本原因。
Aiming at the problem that seismic shock causes damage to tower cranes seriously and engenders major safety accidents;mode-superposition response spectrum method and spectrum analysis technique are applied to study on tower crane dynamic response subjected to seismic action. The dynamics formulation of tower crane subjected to seismic action and spectrum analysis finite element model are built at first.Alter compiled the earthquake spectrum,the spectrum analysis for tower crane subjected to Eighth Intensity strong earthquake is carded out under ANSYS.The study reveals that the basic reason of tower arm fracture is its vibration and bends in horizontal and vertical direction produced by seismic action.
