为支持动态联盟环境下的产品协同设计过程,提出了基于网格门户的产品异地协同设计平台。该平台以抽象的协同设计概念模型为基础,通过开放式网格服务框架,实现联盟实体应用软件集成与设计资源共享。利用基于任务分解结构与最小成本值的调度策略,进行平台项目任务调度;采用可扩展标记语言与轻量级目录访问协议相结合的方法,实现网格资源的描述与发现;以产品开发与管理过程为导向,展示平台对横向与纵向协同设计模式的支持。最后,研究了平台开发的关键技术,并以某型飞机设计项目为例,验证了平台的功能性。
To support product collaborative design among dynamic alliance, a distributed collaborative design platform based on grid portal was proposed. Abstract collaborative concept model was the base for this platform. In this platform, an opening architecture of grid service was established to realize design resources sharing and application integration of alliance's entity. The min-cost tactic based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) was utilized in project task scheduling, and the problems of grid resource discovery and description were solved by the method of eXtensible Markup Language (XML) combined with Light Directory Access Protocol (LDAP). Guided by design and management process of product development, two design patterns were introduced to exhibit that the platform could provide support from different angles in design process. In addition, the key implementation techniques and the application of the aircraft design project were introduced, and the results demonstrated the applicability of this platform.
