以野生蕨菜为原料、蒸馏水为溶剂,采用超声波辅助技术探究蕨菜多糖提取方法.验证料液比、超声时间、水浴温度及提取次数对蕨菜多糖提取率的影响,经过探究得出最优参数:料液比1∶30(m/V),超声功率100 W,超声时间70 min,水浴温度75℃,提取3次.在最优条件下贵州野生蕨菜多糖提取率为1.72%.
The method of extraction polysaccharide from pteridium aquilinum was studied assisted by supersonic,wild pteridium aquilinum as raw materials and distilled water as solvent. The effect of solid liquid raio,supersonic treatment time,water bath temperature and times of extraction on the rate of extraction polysaccharide form Peteridium aquilinum was studied. The result revealed that the rate of extraction polysaccharide from wild Pterdium aquilinum in Guizhou Province was 1. 72% under the conditions of 1∶ 30( m / v) solid liquid ratio,100 W ultrasonic power,70 minutes ultrasonic time,75 ℃water bath temperature and three times extraction.
