The pseudoternary phase diagram of lecihtin/AEO20/IPM/H2O system was determined by polarization microscopy and visual observation in normal light at 37℃. Steady rheological results indicate that all liquid crystal samples show shear- thinning behavior. In the lecihtin/AEO20/IPM/H20 system, with increase in IPM content, the values of ηγ = 0.1 and σ0 decrease. With increase in water content, the ηγ = 0.1 values increase, but the or0 values change little.
