Systematic risk management in the process of technological innovation is very important to the success of technological innovation. In the paper, the general model of risk management is firstly analyzed, risk identification and risk assessment method is secondly analyzed, and risk countermeasure according to risk level is put forward. At last, the usual means of risk surveillance and control is summarized.
