技术集成能力是构建、整合、重构企业内外部技术资源以满足技术系统需求从而适应动态变化环境的能力.技术集成能力的量化研究一直是集成创新领域的重点及难点问题.本研究在分析技术集成能力内涵的基础上,设计了一套揭示技术集成能力不同阶段特征的测量量表,认为技术集成能力由产品构建能力、技术选择能力、技术吸收能力及技术重构能力4个维度构成,并通过实证研究验证了该测量量表的可行性及适用性.本研究为技术集成能力的理论研究和实践应用提供了一个新的视角,也进一步阐明了企业构建及提升技术集成能力的努力方向.

英文摘要：

Technology integration capability is an ability to build,integrate and restructure enterprises＇ s internal and external technology resources to meet the demand of technology systems so as to adapt to the dynamic environment. It＇s always a key and difficult problem to quantize technology integration capability in integration innovation filed. Based on the analysis of the connotation of technology integration capability,it designed a measurement scale to reveal technology integration capability characteristics of different stages,proposed that technology integration capability was consisted of product architecture competence,technology selection capability,technology absorptive capacity and technology reconfiguration capability,and carried out an empirical analysis to verify the feasibility and applicability of the measurement scale. It provides a new perspective for the theoretical research and practical application of technology integration capability,and further clarifies the striving direction for enterprises to construct and improve technology integration capability.
