基于47个实证研究结果,利用元分析方法研究管理创新和企业绩效之间的关系,同时识别能够影响两者关系的情境因素。结果表明,管理创新和企业绩效之间的关系是正向显著的,且两者关系在很大程度上受到国家文化和行业特征等情境因素的影响。
Based on the empirical research results of 47 independent samples,this paper conducted a meta-analysis to study the relationship between management innovation and firm performance,and to identify some contextual factors affecting this relationship. Results indicated that the management innovation-firm performance link was positive and significant. It also found that national culture and industry characteristics affect the impact of management innovation on firm performance to a large extent.
