冰雪体育产业作为朝阳产业在近年来得到了快速发展。黑龙江省冰雪体育产业存在巨大的发展空间和发展潜力,但同时也面临着一系列潜在障碍。合理地解决存在的问题,促进价值链企业更好地发展,对黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展具有重要意义。从价值链构成、价值链企业关系和价值产生过程三个方面构建了冰雪体育产业价值链的分析框架,发现黑龙江省冰雪体育产业价值链运行过程中存在着价值链的发展程度不强、匹配程度不高;价值链内企业内资源配置不合理;价值产生过程中冰雪资源利用不可持续、价值增值环节不均衡等问题。基于所发现的问题,从价值链完善度、价值链匹配度、企业合作与竞争、冰雪资源利用和冰雪资源价值分布等方面提出优化对策,旨在推动黑龙江省冰雪体育产业价值链尽快优化发展。

英文摘要：

As a sunrise industry,the ice-snow sports industry is developing rapidly in recent years.There isgreat room and potential for development of ice-snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province,but whichfacing with a series of potential obstacles.It is important for developing Heilongjiang ice-snow sports industry to solve the existing problems and optimize the industrial value chain.This paper constructs a frameworkof analyzing the value chain of ice-snow sportsindustry from three aspects of value chain＇s formation,enterprise relationship and producing process.It finds out that there are some problems in the chain＇s operationprocess as follows：the degree of development is not strong,the degree of matching is not high,the allocationof resources in enterprises is unreasonable,the ice-snow resource utilization is not sustainable and the value added link is not balanced in the process of value generation.Based on the identified problems,it put forward some optimization countermeasures from the aspects of value chain perfection and matching degree,enterprise cooperation and competition,utilization and value distribution of ice-snow resources.The purpose is to optimize the value chainof Heilongjiang ice-snowsportsindustry assoon aspossible.
