以叶用莴苣台湾绣球生菜为试材,探讨水杨酸对不同浓度盐胁迫下幼苗生长受抑制的缓解作用。结果表明:外源水杨酸预处理可以增加不同浓度盐胁迫下叶用莴苣幼苗株高、叶面积、根长及根表面积,有效缓解盐胁迫对其生长的抑制程度;明显提高根系中CAT和APX活性,减少膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量,显著降低相对电导率,增强幼苗根系细胞质膜的稳定性。
Taking lettuce (Lactuca sativa L. ) as experimental material, this paper studies the alleviative effect of salicylic acid on growth inhibition of lettuce seedlings under stress with different salt concentrations. The results showed that SA pretreatment could increase the plant height, leaf area, root length and root surface area of lettuce seedlings under salt stress. Moreover, SA could enhance the CAT and APX activities in root obviously, reduce MDA content and relative electric conductivity significantly, and improve membrane stability.
