从南海红树林内生真菌ZZF79代谢产物中分离到4个γ-吡喃酮类化合物,它们的结构通过MS、NMR等波谱分析推导确定。其中2-benzyl-4H-pyran-4-one为首次从自然界中分离得到,而rubrofusarin B,5-hydroxy-6,8-dimethoxy-2,3-dimethyl-4H-naphtho[2,3-b]-pyran-4-one和aurasperone A为首次从海洋微生物中分离得到。
Four γ-pyrones were isolated from the metabolites of marine mangrove Endophytic fungus(No.ZZF79) in the South Sea of China.Their structures were characterized by MS,NMR.2-Benzyl-4H-pyran-4-one was first isolated from nature.Rubrofusarin B,5-hydroxy-6,8-dimethoxy-2,3-dimethyl-4H-naphtho-pyran-4-one and aurasperone A were first isolated from the marine microorganism.
