通过温和的酯化反应,由3-羟基取代喹诺酮开始,首次合成了3个新的取代喹诺酮类衍生物,分别为乙酸(3-)7,8-二甲氧基-2(1氢)-喹诺酮酯、月桂酸(3-)7,8-二甲氧基-2(1氢)-喹诺酮酯、山梨酸(3-)7,8-二甲氧基-2(1氢)-喹诺酮酯,通过光谱学对该类化合物进行了结构确定,并用MTT法进行了初步的抗癌活性研究。
Three new 3-hydroxy-quinolin-2 ( 1 H) -one esters, which are 7, 8-dimethoxy-2 ( 1 H) -oxoquinolin- 3-yl acetate, 7, 8-dimethoxy-2 ( 1 H) -oxoquinolin-3-yl laurate and 7, 8-dimethoxy-2 ( 1 H) -oxoquinolin-3-yl sorbate, were synthesized successfully from 3-hydroxy-quinolin-2 ( 1 H) -one via mild esterification reaction. The tautomer conformation of these quinolinone derivatives was studied. The preliminary investigation of anticancer activity of these compounds was conducted by MTT method.
