探讨了现代船舶的海水管系水噪声问题。通过对这种水噪声特性的分析,提出了一种工程上易于实现的出海管路减振降噪新方法,在管道表面添加阻振质量,分析了阻振质量对振动波传播的影响,同时基于FEM/BEM法,讨论了阻振质量对出海管道声辐射的影响。结果表明,阻振质量具有明显的减振降噪效果,这对现代舰船出海管路的减振降噪具有重要的参考意义。
The sea-water pipe noise of modern ships is researched in this paper.The noise radiating to the semi-infinite space from the finite liquid-filled pipeline's right end is analyzed.The pipeline is motivated under the fluid pulse,and its left side surface is freely-supported and it contains a rigid baffle in the right side surface.In order to control the transmission of vibration and noise,an easy method is presented.The vibration isolation mass is added to outer surface of the sea-water pipe,and the influence of vibration isolation mass on the vibration wave propagation is discussed,also based on FEM and BEM,the effects of its sound radiation are discussed.The results show that vibration isolation mass can reduce the vibration and radiation noise of the sea-water pipe effectively.This is important for the noise reduction of modern ship's sea-water pipes.
