子结构间的交界面协调条件对子结构方法的求解精度具有重要影响,对其研究具有重要的应用价值。研究子结构方法中缩聚和非缩聚模型的边界几何连续条件处理策略问题,并应用于一个轴系圆柱壳结构的振动特性预测,探讨其可行性。预测结果和实验结果对比分析表明,提出的子结构间几何连续条件的处理方法是有效的,可应用于工程问题研究。
The geometrical continuity conditions in the interfaces of substructures have a significant influence on the accuracy of the solution of the substructure synthesis method. In this paper, some strategies for dealing with the problem using the reduction and non-reduction models in the system structure are investigated and applied to predict the vibration characteristics of a cylindrical shell structure. The feasibility of the strategies is discussed. Comparison between the vibration response predictions and the experimental results slhows that the proposed method for dealing with the boundary conditions of the substructures is valid, and can be applied to study engineering problems.
