设备激励源是分析船舶振动噪声特性的输入条件,对其获取方法研究具有重要价值。介绍以自由振速为桥梁的不同安装环境下船舶设备激励源特性转换关系,建立利用台架试验数据估算实船安装环境下设备激励源特性的工程应用方法,并给出应用流程。通过典型船用设备激励源特性测试和计算,提出振动测点布置原则和数据测试要求。设备机脚和基座的振动速度计算结果和实船测试结果吻合良好,表明所采用的船舶设备激励源特性转换方法可应用于船舶振动噪声工程问题分析。

英文摘要:

The excitation sources of ship' s equipment are the necessary input for analyzing sound and vibration characteristics of ships, so it is of important significance to study the approach for acquiring them. The load transferring technique based on the velocity of free vibration for ship' s equipment in different environment was introduced in this paper. An engineering application method for assessment of the characteristics of the excitation sources of the equipment based on testing data was proposed, and its computation procedure was provided. Experiments and computation for analyzing the characteristics of the excitation sources of typical equipment in ships were done. The principle for layout of measurement points and the data requirement in the testing were presented. Computation results of vibration velocity at the equipment base agree well with those of experiments, which shows that the proposed method can be applied for analyzing engineering problems.
