针对设备与船体结构的耦合振动机理进行分析,首先将设备一隔振器一安装基础视为多自由度振动系统,基于振动理论,建立了设备与安装基础的耦合振动分析模型,推导了设备对安装基础的激励力计算公式;在此基础上,开展了设备对船体结构的激励力计算方法研究,建立了设备与船体结构耦合振动分析的简便方法,并采用算例验证了方法的正确性。研究表明,设备对船体的激励力不仅与设备激励力密切相关,还与设备质量、隔振器刚度及阻尼、船体结构刚度等密切相关。
This paper examines coupled vibration mechanism of equipment and ship structure. Based on vibration theory, a coupled vibration model of equipment and foundation is established by consid- ering equipment, isolator and foundation as a muhi-DOF vibration system. A formula of calculating exciting force transferred to the foundation is conducted. On that basis, studies of calculating excit- ing force transferred to ship hull structure are deployed; a convenient method of analyzing the cou- pled vibration between equipment and ship hull structure is proposed and verified. The results show that the exciting force transferred to ship hull structure is related with equipment's excitation, e- quipment mass, stiffness and damping of isolators, but also with the stiffness of ship hull structure.
