多电机的协调运动控制作为伺服控制领域中的重要分支,在该领域中的应用也越来越广泛。深入研究多电机的协调控制,提高其运动的同步精度,具有重要的理论及现实意义。结合具体的工程项目,研究了一种基于双DSP的多电机协调控制系统设计方法,通过MATLAB、ANAYS的理论仿真分析与实验结果的对比表明,系统设计合理、性能优良,满足实际工程需要。
As one of the important branch of the servo control field,the control of multi-motor is being used widely.Studying the control of multi-motor deeply and increasing the precision of synchronized movement have important theoretical and practical significance.A method for design of multi-motor cooperative control system base on dual-DSP combined with specific engineering projects was studied.Through the comparison of simulation of MATLAB,ANASYS and the experimental results show that the design is reasonable and meet the needs of the practical engineering.
