变频恒压供水系统是目前较为常用的供水系统,其采用变频调速方式实现水泵启动运行控制,从而减弱启动过程的冲击,且具有高效节能等优点。分析了系统的节能原理,研究了水泵启动过程中电流的超调和调节时间问题,基于ANFIS方法建立了变频器参数中加速时间参数值、加减速曲线参数值和超调、调节时间综合对象的模型关系,并借助PSO寻找最优解,实现了超调值小和调节时间短的优势组合下的变频器参数选择。以三菱变频器为例的仿真验证了方法的有效性,对用户使用变频器具有指导意义。
The variable frequency constant pressure water supply system is commonly used in water supply, which employs the frequency conversion mode to control the starting and running of the pump in order to weaken the impact of the booting process and has the advantages of high efficient and energy saving. The energy conservation principle of the system is analyzed, and the problem of current overshoot and regulation time in the startup process is studied. The relationship between the parameter value of the acceleration time, acceleration and deceleration curve of the inverter and the comprehensive object of the overshoot and the adjusting time is modelled using the ANFIS method. PSO is used to find the optimal solution to achieve the best combination of small current overshoot and short adjusting time. Simulation results based on the Mitsubishi inverter show the effectiveness of the method, which provides a practical guide for users.
