动车组运行环境复杂多变、运行过程中空气阻力对动车组运行性能有较大影响,基于线性模型的动车组运行控制策略难以满足高精度跟踪给定速度-位移曲线要求。提出一种动车组非线性模型描述及其运行速度控制方法。首先,基于动车组牵引特性和系统运行数据,建立了动车组LSSVM非线性模型;给出了基于LSSVM模型的动车组运行速度控制方法。基于CRH380AL型动车组运行数据的仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
The operation environment of the electric multiple units (EMU) is complex and dynamic and the aerodynamic resistance has a great influence on the running performance, so it is difficult for the operation control strategy based on linear model to satisfy the high precision requirement of tracking the given "velocity-displacement" curves. A nonlinear model and a speed control method for the EMU are proposed in this paper. Based on the traction characteristics and operation data of the EMU, the LSSVM (Least Squares Support Vector Machine) nonlinear model for the EMU is established. Then, the speed control method based on the proposed model is presented. Experimental results of a high speed train (CRH380AL, an HST with an operation speed of 380 km/h in China) validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
