针对有限元方法分析螺旋锥齿轮工作中的啮合接触冲击行为,以一对弧齿准双曲面齿轮为例,通过VB控制CATIA的二次开发实现弧齿准双曲面齿轮的虚拟加工,用NURBS曲面函数重构齿面获得可供有限元分析的弧齿准双曲面齿轮的几何模型;通过ABAQUS分析这对齿轮的啮合接触冲击行为。结果表明:在齿面接触区上的任一点的接触压强呈周期变化;啮合冲击过程中,最大的瞬时接触力数值可达到稳定值的2倍;对于单对轮齿,只有第一对轮齿出现了大幅度、高频率的接触力和齿根弯曲应力波动,为齿轮传动性能的改进提供参考。
The contact-impact action of spiral bevel gear system was simulated based on the finite element analysis software.A pair of hypoid gear as an example,modeled by simulating machining process based on CATIA V5 controlled by Visual Basic and NURBS surface reconstruction,was developed.Subsequently,numerical analysis of gears contact-impact was performed on ABAQUS.The results show that the contact pressure within the contact area is periodic variation,and the maximum transient contact force value can reach about twice the stable value in the impact process.In addition,the contact force and the bending stress appear sharp fluctuation when the first tooth gets into meshing.It can be used to provide reference for improving gears transmission performance.
