This paper discusses public RD center as the platform among government,enterprise,universities and institutes has large derivative functions on the promotion of graduate employment.Then the article analyzes the significant effects of public RD center on promoting college students＇ employment consciousness,improving college students＇ employment ability and widening the college students＇ employment channels.According to the three characteristics of college students＇ employment,the article puts forward a number of specific measures of public RD center to promote effective development of college students＇ employment.
