目的 探讨脑卒中后早期电针治疗对卒中后认知功能障碍(Post-stroke cognitive impairment,PSCI)的疗效。方法2013年1月至2016年8月脑卒中并在卒中后72小时内进行电针治疗的患者112例(观察组),同期脑卒中但未进行电针治疗的患者112例(对照组),所有患者均采用脑卒中临床路径处理,并根据病情采用康复训练,于治疗前及治疗12周后由专业人员进行认知功能测评。结果 治疗12周后,观察组认知功能评分均显著高于对照组(P〈0.05);其中观察组认知功能评分较治疗前均有提高(P〈0.05),对照组MMSE评分下降,但MOCA评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 卒中后早期开始电针治疗能有效预防脑卒中恢复期认知功能的下降。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture at early stage after stroke on post-stroke cogni- tive dysfunction (PSCI). Methods One hundred and twelve stroke patients who were hospitalized from January 2013 to August 2016 were enrolled in the stroke database in our hospital and treated with electro-acupuncture for 72 hours after stroke as the observation group. Another 112 stroke hospitalized patients during the same period but not treated with electro-acupuncture were taken as control group. All of patients were treated with clinical pathways of stroke, and rehabilitation training according to their disease. The cognitive function before and after 12 weeks of treatment was evaluated by specialists. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, MOCA and MMSE scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Moreover, in the observation group,MOCA and MMSE scores after treatment were higher than before treatment (P 〈 0. 05). However, in the control group after treatment, the MOCA and MMSE scores were slightly decreased, but not reached statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Early electro-acupuncture treatment can effectively prevent cognitive decline during the recovery period of stroke.
