研究了在异丙醇溶剂体系中,固体酸性催化剂Fe3O4@SiO2-SO3H催化果糖脱水转化为5-羟甲基糠醛(HMF)的性能及产物分布规律。实验结果表明,在该反应体系中除了生成HMF外还伴随有大量的副产物生成,且通过对照实验发现副产物在较高的反应温度下可以进一步脱水转化为HMF。通过高效液相色谱仪和电喷雾电离质谱仪分析证明副产物是由葡萄糖和一系列脱水低聚糖组成。
Isopropanol is utilized as the solvent for catalytic dehydration of fructose, which is transformed into 5 - hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) by solid acid Fe304 @ Si02 - S03H, a catalyst. The target product HMF and other side products are found in the catalytic system; and it is confirmed that the side products can be converted into HMF under the higher reaction temperature. High performance liquid chrom-atography (HPLC) and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI - MS) analysis shows that the side products are the mixture of glucose and a series of anhydrooligosaccharides.
