学习绩效是比学业成绩内涵更为丰富的多维度、多层次结构的集合性概念,新学力观为构建高校大学生学习绩效评价模型提供了理论依据。本文根据柯克帕特里克的绩效评价原理,构建了体现新学力观要求的学习绩效评价模型,旨在为高校教学评估部门和学生个体提供一种学习绩效评价工具。模型的应用与实践结果表明,它对大学生的学力开发具有积极的导向作用,进一步强化了大学生自主学习、自我激励和自我管理能力,从而改变学生为“考分”而学、唯“学历文凭”的功利性学习行为。相对于学业成绩而言,学习绩效能更真实、客观地反映学生在校期间的学业成就和学习潜能,无论对学生个体,还是人才雇主,它更具社会利用价值。学生借助于计算机“人—机”系统,将会大大提高该绩效评价工具的适用性和效能。
Learning performance is an integrated concept with multi-dimensional and multi-level struc- tures, which has more plentiful meanings than scores. The New Learning Ability Theory provides a theo- retical basis on which the model of College Students Learning Performance Evaluation can be built. According to Kirkpatrick's Principle of Performance Evaluation, we build the Model of Performance Evalua- tion that can fulfill the requirements by the New Learning Ability Theory in this paper. Our purpose is to provide a learning performance evaluation tool for the University Teaching Evaluation Institutes and indi- vidual student. The application and practices of the Model shows that it has the positive effects on the learning ability development of the students. It can further enhance their capabilities of self-study, self- motivation and self-management. It can also imperceptibly change their traditional model of learning be- haviors-such as learning for "score and diploma". Compared with the scores, learning performance can reflect the students' academic achievements and learning potential more accurately and objectively. It can provide more useful and valuable information for both the individual student and the talents demanding market. Using the "man-computer system", it will greatly improve its applicability and effectiveness.
