描述了黄虻属1新种，命名为建设黄虻，新种Atylotusjiansheisp．nov．；对中华黄虻Atylotussinensis（Szilady）做了重新描述；并对我国黄虻属作了整理，编制了分种检索表。模式标本保存于军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。

英文摘要：

One new species of Atylotus from China was described in this paper. The holotype of Atylotus jianshei sp. nov. was collected from Lijiang, Yunnan （27°N, 100.5°E）. Atylotusfianshei is near to A. rusticus （Linnaeus）, but the fore fomura black mostly, lateral brown spots of abdomen on tergum II only in A. rusticus ; also near to A. quadrifarius （ Loew）, but the leg grayish yellow to brownish yellow in A. quadrifarius. The types are deposited in the Beijing Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, China. Atylotus sinensis Szilady, 1926 was redeseribed.
