针对国内外关于中国蹄蝠科的分类问题进行概述。提出中国蹄蝠科分类上种和亚种存在的争议，提出目前和今后应从经典分类和分子生物学两方面着手进行分类研究，宏观和微观相结合，进一步完善中国蹄蝠科分类的生物学资料，为其他学科的研究奠定生物学基础。

英文摘要：

A summary and some different views on taxonomy of Hipposideridae in China are offered in the paper. The authors suggest to combine classical methods with modem molecular markers to do some researches further for taxonomy of Hipposidae.
