在开放式创新战略中，企业创新网络通过间接关系合作起到信息通道的作用根据企业在创新网络中的中心位置和技术联盟合作情况，分析企业创新能力的水平和信息的可获性是否对其创新绩效产生影响通过对江浙沪闽四地105家创新企业的数据进行实证研究，结果显示企业在创新网络中心位置信息可获性与其创新能力成正相关关系；同时企业的技术联盟和组织因素有利于获取外部创新源．并最终影响企业的创新绩效。
英文摘要：
The networks can serve as ＂pipes＂ of information via indirect cooperation in open innovation strategy. This paper examined whether the level of absorb ability influence a firm＇s network accessibility in terms of the number of technology partners and were firm＇s centrality in the network. With the data of 105 Enterprises in Shanghai, Jiangsu, J Zhejiang and Fujian, the statistical findings show that increasing innovation capability enhances the benefits of information access via centrality. Building upon the rich qualitative data, we conclude that technology alliance of enterprise and organizational factors could help to acquire external innovation sources and influence innovation performance of enterprise.
