By using the Moreau-Rockfellar thorems for weak subgradients of the set-val ued maps,Moreau-Rockfellar theorems for Henig efficiency are estblished under the assure- tions of int-convexity （int two set-valued maps can b maps under the cond cone-convexity）. It shows that a Henig subgradient of the sum of e expressed as the sum of two Henig efficient subgradients of these of intcone-convexity.
