利用磁力显微镜(MFM)观测了550℃自由退火和张应力(δ=170 MPa)退火的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金薄带表面磁畴结构.发现自由退火样品表面畴结构是迷宫畴,应力退火的为片状畴.并采用立体测量法测量了迷宫畴的畴宽为203 nm,片状畴的畴宽为214 nm.认为样品结构的差异可能是张应力退火所引起的α-Fe(Si)纳米晶粒的方向优势团聚所致.
The domain structures of Fe-73.5Cu-1Nb-3Si-13.5B-9 alloy ribbons were observed by MFM,which were treated by conventional annealing at 550 ℃ and conventional stress annealing(i.e.tensile stress of 170 MPa).For the 550 ℃ annealing sample,the domain structure was maze domain and the average domain width was 203 nm measured by stereologic method.In the stress annealing case,the domain structure dominated by the stripe domain with the width of 214 nm.It was suggested that the different domain structures resulted from the presence of directional partical clusters of α-Fe(Si)nanocrystalline phase caused by stress annealing.
