对应力退火的Fe基纳米晶薄带进行540℃回火处理,采用HP4294A型阻抗分析仪测量回火不同次数样品的纵向驱动巨磁阻抗(LDGMI)曲线.对系列LDGMI曲线特征与回火次数的关系进行分析,结果表明:回火释放了Fe基纳米晶薄带应力退火导致非晶基体滞弹性形变而引入的拉应力,使得样品的磁各向异性场减小.经过7次回火处理,应力退火感生的磁各向异性场从2632.29A/m减小到1139.39A/m.
The Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbons annealed under tensile stress were tempered by different times at the temperature of 540 ℃. The longitudinally driven giant magneto-impedance effect in the Fe-based nano- crystalline ribbons were measured with HP4294A impedance analyzer. The results from analyzing the relation- ship between tempering numbers and the characteristic of Fe-based ribbons LDGMI curves showed that, tem- pering released the residual elastic strain due to applied tensile stress and made the anisotropy field decreased. After 7 times tempering, it changed from 2 632.29 A/m to 1 139.39 A/m. The study presented important sci- entific value on the mechanism of stress-induced magnetic anisotropy.
