利用Fe基合金薄带的巨磁阻抗效应和LC谐振回路特性,研制了一款新型巨磁阻抗磁敏传感器。文中介绍了Fe基合金薄带的巨磁阻抗特性、传感器的电路设计和实验数据分析。实验结果表明,’该传感器具有重复性好(最大偏差为0.32%)、几乎无迟滞(最大偏差为0.19%)、线性度好(最大偏差为1.04%)且线性测量范围广(464.86~1488.52A/m)等优点,在磁场检测和位移测量领域具有广泛的应用前景。
A new kind of GMI magnetic sensor based on giant magneto-impedance effect of Fe-based alloy thin ribbon and characteristics of LC resonant circuit was developed. The GMI properties of Fe-based alloy thin ribbon, circuit design of sensor and data analysis of experiment were presented. The experimental results turned out that the sensor has good repeatability (maximum deviation is 0.32%), almost no hysteresis (maximum deviation is 0.19%), good linearity (maximum deviation is 1.04%) and a wide range of linear measurement (464.86-1488.52 A/m), etc. The sensor can be widely used in magnetic field detection and displacement measurement.
