测定了Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2合金非晶管在环向磁化场作用下的纵向驱动巨磁阻抗效应,发现样品的阻抗比曲线在频率低于600kHz时呈“双峰”现象,频率高于600kHz时呈“单峰”现象,并对环向磁化场作用有良好的线性响应.用磁力显微(MFM)观察了样品的纵向和环向磁畴结构,分析认为是合金非晶管的分层磁畴结构分布导致了环向良好的线性磁特性.
The longitudinal GMI effect of amorphous tubes with being effected by circular magnetic field was investigated. The results showed that the curves of GMI ratio were double peaks below the frequency of 600 kHz and excellent linear magnetic property beyond the frequency of 600 kHz. The sandwich structure of magnetic domain observed by MFM explained the experimental results.
