气流对电流退火铁钴基薄带GMI效应的影响

在流动气体中,用焦耳热退火方法研究了单辊快淬技术制得的Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2非晶薄带经32A/mm2电流退火10 min的巨磁阻抗效应.结果表明:保护气体的流速对材料的巨磁阻抗曲线有明显的影响,当保护气体的流速为1.8 m/s时出现了尖刺巨磁阻抗现象,灵敏度达到了最大值5 538%/(A.m-1).

英文摘要:

The GMI effect of Fe-36Co-36Nb-4Si-4.8B-19.2 amorphous ribbons which were produced in an air atmosphere by rapid quenching using a single roller technique was investigated.The ribbons were annealed by DC current for 10 min under the protection of air flow,and by Joule heating method.As a consequence,the influence of the velocity of air flow on the giant magneto-impedance curve was significant.The TGMI(Tip Giant Magneto-impedance) effect appeared,when the velocity of air flow came up to 1.8 m/s,meanwhile,the GMI sensitivity reached the maximum value as high as 5 538 %/(A5m+-1),which demonstrated a realistic significance for the fabrication of new magnetic materials with high sensitivity.
