Baesd on the cluster effect principle, fifteen novel bivalent compounds were designed and synthesized using 2-amino-5-sulfhydryl-1,3,4-thiadiazole as a precursor and dibromoalkane or diacid chloride as a connected system. The structures were confirmed by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.
