Many scholars believe the present price-raising comes from the short of supply of pig,but they think it is normal response of pig-feeding households to spider web effects due to supply-demand law.Through the investigation to rural households in Zhouzhi county ShanXi province,the paper found the motivation of small pig-feeding households were to insure their consumption smoothing,and the pretty stable income from out-migration is another reason for the reduction.
