加快农业现代化与新型城镇化的协调发展,对于推动中国城乡一体化建设具有重要意义。以中国30个省(市、区)为研究对象,构建农业现代化与新型城镇化综合评价指标体系,采用因子分析法和Tapio脱钩指数法,对2012~2013年中国农业现代化与新型城镇化的综合发展水平及二者的脱钩状态进行测度和比较研究。结果表明:2012~2013年中国农业现代化水平总体偏低,呈现出"中部〉东北部〉东部〉西部"的地区差异性;考察期内东部地区和西部地区的新型城镇化水平均显著提升,且东部地区优于西部地区,但中部地区和东北地区的新型城镇化水平均明显下降;中国农业现代化与新型城镇化的脱钩关系表现为扩张相对负脱钩、扩张连接、扩张相对脱钩等9种脱钩状态,农业现代化与新型城镇化协调性整体较差,且空间分异特征明显。
It is of great significance to accelerate the coordinated development of agricultural modernization and new urbanization so as to promote the integration of urban and rural construction in China. A comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural modernization and new urbanization is established based on the research objects of 30 provinces( cities and districts) in this paper. The factor analysis method and Tapio decoupling index method are applied in this study to analyze the development level and the decoupling state of agricultural modernization and new urbanization from 2012 to 2013 in China. The result shows that the level of China's agricultural modernization during this period is generally low,showing the regional differences like "the central part the northeastern part the eastern part the western part". The new urbanization level in the eastern and the western part has been significantly improved during the period of inspection. In addition,the eastern part of China is superior to the western region. But,the level of the new urbanization in the central region and the northeast region is obviously decreased. There are nine decoupling relationships between the agricultural modernization and the new urbanization in China,such as expansion relative negative decoupling,expansion connection and expansion relative decoupling. The coordination of agricultural modernization and new urbanization is generally poor,and the spatial differentiation is obvious.
